• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up via email, Google, or Apple Sign In.
• Calendar Data: We access your device calendars (including iCloud) and Google Calendar to display and manage your events. Calendar data is processed to provide scheduling features.
• Email Data: If you connect email accounts (Gmail via Google OAuth or other providers via IMAP), we access email metadata (subject, sender, date, snippets) to provide email management and AI-powered categorization. We store email credentials securely and encrypted.
• Chat Data: Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed to provide responses and may be stored to maintain conversation history and improve your experience.
• Task Data: Tasks, notes, and preferences you create within the app.
• Device Information: Timezone, platform (iOS/Android), and device locale for personalization.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the App's features (calendar management, email integration, AI assistance, task management).
• Personalize your experience, including AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and daily planning.
• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account security.
• Sync your timezone and preferences across sessions.
• Send you notifications related to your tasks, events, and reminders (if enabled).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-specific secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google APIs: For Gmail and Google Calendar access (governed by Google API Services User Data Policy).
• Apple Sign In: For authentication via Apple ID.
• Abacus AI: For AI-powered features (chat, categorization, summarization). Your queries are processed by AI models to generate responses.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Email credentials for IMAP accounts can be removed at any time through the Settings screen.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data within the App at any time.
• Correction: You can update your profile and preferences in Settings.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Disconnect: You can disconnect Google, Apple, and email accounts at any time through Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
